Clinical Support
SAL Consulting is able to provide ongoing clinical support to teams supporting clients with complex support needs. Through regular opportunities for reflective practice, SAL Consulting practitioners are able to provide Caseworkers, Direct Support Workers, and Leadership teams, opportunity to discuss and improve practice, review individual support needs of clients and staff, and plan future supports and developmental opportunities.
