Summary Professional Experience:

Sarah is a provisional psychologist experienced in delivering evidence-based interventions to children, adolescents, and adults. She provides a warm and collaborative space to help clients navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Depending on her client’s individual needs, Sarah personalises therapeutic support, utilising a predominantly cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approach. Additionally, Sarah integrates elements of dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) into her practice.

Sarah administers a range of psychometric assessments to assist clients in gaining a deeper self-understanding. She has worked with people presenting with anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Autism, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress-related challenges, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem issues, and eating disorders.

Alongside her role as a mental health clinician, Sarah has tutored Forensic Psychology at the ANU and worked with highly vulnerable populations such as young people experiencing homelessness.
