Anwesh brings over ten years of experience across forensic rehabilitation, counselling, education management, and addiction support. His work has primarily focused on supporting children, young people, and adults with complex needs, including intellectual disability, substance use disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, trauma, mental illness and high-risk or offending behaviours.

Anwesh has experience working within forensic and legislative frameworks, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing challenging behaviours and delivering therapeutic and person-centred interventions.

Anwesh’s background also includes counselling children and families, providing AOD counselling and psychoeducation, contributing to organisational governance and health and safety, and supporting educational programs to improve outcomes.
