Elliot is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Clinical Consultant here at SAL Consulting, supporting children and adults with disability and complex support needs across a range of settings.

Elliot specialises in the development and implementation of evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support strategies. His work focuses on conducting functional behaviour assessments and developing comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans that prioritise quality of life and skill development.

Elliot works collaboratively with families, support staff, allied health professionals, and service providers to ensure strategies are practical, person-centred, and consistently implemented. He regularly delivers staff training and reflective practice sessions to support teams in understanding behaviour, improving support approaches and building sustainable, supportive environments.
