Summary Professional Experience:
For the last 13 years, Elisha has worked in a variety of teams and roles within the Victorian Government. This included Disability Services, Agency Performance, Population Health and most recently in Senior Project roles implementing the transfer of state services to the NDIS. During her time at the Department, she have gained an in-depth knowledge of policy and legislation, whilst working within complex stakeholder environments.
She has gained over 10 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary teams, which has helped develop a strong leadership style and assisted her to support teams through various periods of change. She has a passion for providing high-quality services, especially for people with disability.
