Summary Professional Experience:

Chloe is an experienced clinician who provides targeted, culturally informed behaviour support to individuals living in remote areas across Western Australia. Creative, flexible, and highly collaborative, Chloe values deep listening and strong relationship-building, ensuring that the support she provides is always practical, respectful, and sustainable. Her practice is deeply person-centred and individualised, driven by a commitment to supporting people in ways that are safe and meaningful to them.

Bringing a strong background as a special education teacher and behaviour support practitioner, Chloe has worked extensively alongside Aboriginal communities across Western Australia. Her daily work includes conducting functional behaviour and risk assessments, and developing comprehensive behaviour support plans. She supports a diverse range of clients, including children and young people navigating complex behaviours, trauma, and disengagement from education. Her clinical experience spans remote communities, out-of-home care (OOHC), alcohol and other drug (AOD) contexts, and other highly complex service environments. Chloe is particularly passionate about working with young people and walking alongside families to strengthen children’s safety, wellbeing, and healthy development.

Chloe’s clinical practice is firmly grounded in trauma-informed, neurodevelopmental, and Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) approaches. Drawing on the work of Dr Bruce Perry and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, she recognises that rhythm, movement, and safe relationships help people build regulation, creating a foundation for safety, connection, and lasting change. In her leadership capacity, Chloe supervises and mentors other practitioners, offering practical, side-by-side support.
