Summary Professional Experience:
I have worked in the field of special needs and behaviour for the past 13 years, with a focus on autism.
I am a local who has experience providing services across the Northern Territory including Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs.
I have worked with a range of individuals of all ages and across a range of settings including home, daycare, education, vocation, and in the community, in programs underpinned by Positive Behaviour Support strategies and the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis. In this role I have had extensive experience managing teams, conducting behaviour assessments, developing behaviour support plans, providing training, and supervising the implementation and delivery of programs and supports.
I have facilitated workshops for families, carers and professionals on topics such as autism, behaviour, functional communication and skill-building.
