Her background includes work in social enterprise and community coaching, alongside extensive experience in youth mental health. In these roles, she has supported schools through staff training and critical incident response, while also helping to develop coaching programmes and employee assistance programmes to support organisational wellbeing.
Grounded in evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, Kim maintains a strong trauma-informed and neuro-affirming lens in her clinical practice. With a holistic and collaborative approach to work, Kim specialises in shifting perceptions, helping others identify the underlying functions of frequently misinterpreted behaviours, whilst delivering highly effective and sustainable supports.
