  • Experience working with adults and children to manage complex communication needs and dysphagia.

  • Experience with complex case management and Coordination of Supports, with a strong interest/passion for supporting clients and support workers to navigate severe dysphagia management and eating and drinking with acknowledged risk.

  • Passionate about ensuring services provided are accessible and delivered in both a culturally safe and secure way.

  • Experience working in remote locations across the Northern Territory, after relocating from New South Wales.
