Summary Professional Experience:

As an Operations Support Officer, Jaise connects clients, clinicians and operational teams. She supports day-to-day service delivery by managing client information, preparing service agreements, maintaining accurate records and communicating with participants and other stakeholders. Her work allows clinicians to focus on providing quality support.

Jaise has a background in information technology, administration and program support across health, disability and other service settings. She has a strong understanding of the NDIS framework, including service agreements, pricing arrangements, claiming processes and compliance requirements. Her experience also includes database and customer relationship management systems, stakeholder communication, email management and program administration.

Jaise brings strong administrative, stakeholder engagement and change-support skills to her role. She uses these strengths to identify practical improvements, help colleagues adapt to change and keep operational processes running smoothly.
