Summary Professional Experience:
Gary is a practitioner with more than 35 years experience with a long-standing record of providing tailored quality behaviour and service development support design and delivery for children and adults in the disability and youth / intensive services (out-of-home care) sectors; client/family support; training, and systems development and monitoring services to non-government service provider organisations, in the disability and youth (out-of-home care) sectors.
He has previously developed and managed a statewide tertiary clinical support team, and currently provides professional supervision of clinical practitioners. He has led numerous reviews for government and non-government agencies, and has developed and delivered a range of professional development training resources, practice guides, policy frameworks, and service review and monitoring tools to both government and non-government sector programs.
