Georgia is a compassionate and client-centred psychologist committed to supporting the wellbeing of children and adults from diverse backgrounds. Georgia works collaboratively with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, personality-related challenges, and those exploring neurodivergence.

Georgia has practiced in both private practice and school settings, giving her a broad understanding of the different environments in which people seek support. Alongside Georgia’s clinical psychology work, Georgia has also has experience and an interest in sports psychology, supporting individuals striving for improved performance and wellbeing.

Georgia’s practice is grounded in an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), schema therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and other evidence-informed modalities to ensure support is tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Growing up in a rural community has shaped Georgia’s passion for working with clients from regional and remote areas, and Georgia feels especially privileged to help increase access to mental health care in these settings.
