Summary Professional Experience:
Doirinne Moran is a Clinical Consultant and Provisional Psychologist with extensive experience across human services, disability, youth work and mental health. Her work at SAL Consulting includes therapy, Positive Behaviour Support, functional behaviour assessments, behaviour support planning, implementation support and review. She works with people and their support networks across a broad range of settings, including schools, hospitals, aged care, out-of-home care and custodial environments.
Doirinne brings a strong frontline and service coordination background to her clinical practice. She has worked with children, young people, adults, families and multidisciplinary teams, including people supported through NDIS plans and those experiencing complex circumstances. Her areas of practice include autism, disability, mental health, family systems and work with people who may experience significant psychological distress.
Doirinne’s approach is grounded in connection, authenticity and a deep respect for the whole person. She draws on neurodevelopmental, attachment-informed, trauma-informed and person-centred frameworks, while adapting her work to the needs, history and strengths of each individual. She is particularly interested in early childhood practice, attachment and early development.
