Therapy for Children and Young People

Growing up can sometimes be tough.

We have unparalleled experience helping kids and young people process life’s challenges.

Who is therapy for?

Everyone needs support sometimes. If your family member is feeling worried, overwhelmed, frustrated, or just not themself, therapy can help. At SAL Consulting, we believe that every child and young person deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood.

How does it work?

Life can be full of big emotions, challenges, and changes. Having a safe space to talk about what’s on your mind – with someone who really listens – can make all the difference. That’s where we start.

Our therapists work with your child (and the whole family if needed) to create a support plan that fits you. No pressure, no judgment – just a place to work through what’s on their mind at their own pace.

Therapy isn’t always easy, and sometimes it means facing challenges – but they won’t have to do it alone. We’re here to help people untangle their thoughts, express themselves, and find ways to feel more confident and in control.
