Refund Policy

Training Refund Policy

All fees listed in our products are in Australian dollars.

GST is applicable on all products apart from accredited vocational training.

When you are paying for training/professional development programs the following policy applies.

  • Apart from accredited short courses or qualifications, you are able to transfer enrolment details to other people prior to the commencement of the program.

  • Cancellations received more than 7 working days in advance of the start of the course will be eligible for a refund minus a 25% administration charge.

  • Where no cancellation is received or where nominated participants do not attend, full fees are due and payable.

  • SAL Consulting reserves the right to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • A full refund will be offered where SAL Consulting cancels the training.

  • Payments can be made by credit card or direct deposit. Please use the individual course link to enrol and pay.

  • We can also invoice your organisation if requested.

 

When you are an individual not covered by an enterprise or agency training contract paying for accredited training and qualification programs the following policies applies:

  • The first instalment of fees for training and assessment activities are due for payment 7 days before commencement of the course or as identified in a specific contract.

  • Cancellations received 7 days prior to the commencement of the training and assessment activity will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations received less than 5 working days before commencement of the training and assessment activity will only receive a partial refund (50%).

  • No refund will apply for cancellations after the commencement of the training event.

  • Qualifications are invoiced and paid for by module. You will not be charged for future modules until you have completed the previous module and assessment work.
