Summary Professional Experience:
Shaelee has 3 years experience in the youth and family, homelessness, health and social care, criminal justice, and education sectors in the UK. She has supported low-high risk populations, including children/youth/adults with various needs: learning, emotional, physical, psychosocial difficulties or disabilities and challenging behaviours. Her experience has included working with clients with complex trauma backgrounds and those affected by violence (including family), housing, health, and justice issues. Shaelee has strong academic interests in trauma, attachment, development, personality disorders, and violence behaviours and victimisation.
Shaelee completed her thesis on “Antisocial Personality Disorder in relation to violence and negative life events in a nationally representative sample of UK men”.
She has a genuine enthusiasm for helping people to improve their coping skills, behavioural presentations, and psychological well-being.
