Summary Professional Experience:

Rabani is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) with a background as a Developmental Psychologist with over eight years of experience supporting children and their families across India, Africa, and Australia. She began her career as a Developmental Psychologist in India, delivering early intervention and developmental support before volunteering in Ghana, Africa, where she worked with children in a school following ABA principles. She is fluent in English, Hindi and understands Punjabi. 

Since relocating to Australia, Rabani has worked across early intervention, behaviour analysis, supporting children, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Her areas of interest include behavioural assessment, staff supervision, parent coaching, and developing individualised, play-based interventions. She is passionate about delivering practical, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming support that empowers children and adults to reach meaningful outcomes while building the confidence and capacity of the people around them. 

Outside of work Rabani enjoys cooking, dancing on bollywood songs, singing and watching Korean Dramas.
