Michael has over 20 years experience working with people with disabilities, children and young people in Out of Home Care, their carers, and agencies that support them.
Michael’s work portfolio includes:
design and implementation of behaviour intervention and support plans for individuals with complex support needs;
Psychometric and Psychological assessment;
Service system development and review, including operationalising of policy, and developing quality assurance mechanisms;
Organisational policy and practice review for government and non-government organisations;
Project management, and service, program and agency review;
Supervision and management of multi-disciplinary clinical support teams providing Case Management, psychological, behaviour intervention support and allied health therapies;
