Summary Professional Experience:

Maksymilian is a Clinical Consultant and Behaviour Support Practitioner who helps people find safer, more effective ways to communicate and meet their needs. He works collaboratively to develop formulation-driven behaviour support plans, combining proactive strategies with skill-building initiatives. Drawing on his frontline experience, Maksymilian is highly committed to a person-centred approach, taking the time to build a warm, genuine rapport with clients. He understands that helping individuals develop functional skills is key to improving their quality of life, increasing independence, and reducing distress.

Originally from Ireland, Maksymilian relocated to Australia after completing his Undergraduate studies in Psychology and gaining experience across roles in the social care sector. In these roles, he supported individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and complex mental health presentations. His responsibilities ranged from assisting with daily routines and community access to conducting key-work sessions, leading regulatory audits, and managing high-stress situations using de-escalation techniques.

Maksymilian is known for balancing warmth and empathy with structure, consistency, and clinical rigour. He brings a trauma-informed lens to behaviour support, recognising that understanding a person’s history is essential to making compassionate, effective decisions. He also draws on coaching frameworks to help clients clarify goals, explore their current reality, and identify practical next steps.
