Summary Professional Experience:

Lianna Raux is an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive interventions under the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Framework.

Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity.  She has extensive experience supported participants from all walks of life across the lifespan, in diverse contexts such as: acute psychiatric settings, justice system involvement , Family Reunification involvement,  those experiencing domestic and family violence,  those experiencing  sexualised behaviours ,  aiding in transitioning into government funded Support Accommodation including aged care and working alongside youth within residential care or within the child protection system. 

Lianna has had previous roles working one-on-one with high-risk youth, managing teams of practitioners to ensure best clinical practise and effective service delivery as well as overseeing government funded programs
