We recognise the importance of keeping your personal information secure and have implemented appropriate measures to protect and safeguard the data we collect.

We use industry standard security measures to safeguard and protect your information. This includes taking reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including implementing appropriate security measures as required by Privacy Laws.

To safeguard against online fraud and ensure the security of your transactions, all data is encrypted at rest using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Encryption keys are managed through a KMS and are rotated in accordance with the relevant security policy.

Please note that providing verification information is optional. However, if we are unable to verify your identity, we may not be able to proceed with processing your order. In such cases, you will receive a follow-up email once your order has been approved.

Rest assured, any information you provide will be used solely for verification purposes. Once your details have been successfully verified, the verification information will be securely deleted.
