Who is this for?

SAL Consulting’s Accredited Training is ideal for individuals and organisations working across the disability, community, child protection, youth, and human services sectors. • Organisations seeking customised workforce development

  • Experienced professionals looking for RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) pathways

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 91494), we deliver nationally recognised qualifications and skill sets tailored to both individual learners and organisational needs.

How does it work?

Our accredited courses are delivered online and flexibly, allowing enrolment from anywhere in Australia, with regular tutorial support to keep learners connected and engaged. We specialise in embedding Neurodevelopment, Attachment, and Trauma-Informed (NATI) principles across all our qualifications—offering a unique therapeutic lens that sets our programs apart.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Disability Support (CHC43121)

  • Diploma of Child, Youth and Family Intervention (CHC50321)

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021) with a focus on disability, including a unique RPL pathway for experienced practitioners

Experience that counts.
