SAL Consulting: Training - Assessment - Disability - Out-of-home Care

SAL Consulting Training evolved from a need within the Disability and Out of Home Care (OOHC) sectors to enhance worker skills and to then embed these new skills and confidence into the workplace. We believe in building solid and ongoing relationships with agencies that are striving for better quality service provision as a way of supporting their clients.

All SAL Consulting Training has been developed in consultation with the sector and each course can be customised to meet the needs of the agency and the requirements of individual staff. Each of our trainers are clinicians and work in the areas of Out of Home Care, Disabilities, Mental Health, Trauma & Abuse, Family Services, Health & Housing Services and Community Services.

SAL Consulting Training builds better practice by providing participants with a learning environment that inspires and motivates and demonstrates how theory and frameworks can operate in the workplace.

SAL Consulting is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and provides accredited training in:

Certificate IV in Disability Work;

Certificate IV in Youth Work; and

Diploma of Youth Work.

If you would like your staff to have nationally recognised qualifications in the above areas we will provide a comprehensive training needs analysis for nominated staff.
