Jill Rosen
Jill is a Speech Language Pathologist and Clinical Consultant with over 10 years experience working with people with developmental disabilities. She has experience working within government organisations in Australia and the United Kingdom. Jill has worked with children, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities who have complex communication needs and/or eating and drinking difficulties in a variety of contexts. She has worked in partnership with special schools, mainstream schools, community clinics, early intervention centres, family homes and group homes to improve the quality of life of individuals and to support them to reach their full potential.
Jill has worked in specialist behavior support teams and with diagnostic assessment teams and believes in taking a holistic approach in assessment and intervention planning for individuals. Jill is a Hanen certified clinician who also has experience working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. She works with the individual and their support network to create a developmentally appropriate framework of support and reparative environment.
Ben Cox
Ben is a Speech Language Pathologist & Clinical Consultant whose areas of experience and specialisation include working with individuals with developmental disability, as well as those who have experienced childhood trauma.
He is a Hanen-Certified clinician and is passionate about working side-by-side with individuals, families, support workers and foster carers to provide high quality communication intervention and positive quality-of-life outcomes.
Ben has experience in working with individuals with complex communication and behavioural needs within complex contexts. His knowledge around the impact of developmental disruptions and trauma informs his clinical practice and his approach to working with individuals and their support networks. He believes that this is essential to supporting individuals (and those who support them) to develop strategies for improved learning and positive therapeutic outcomes.
