Manager Development (4 day intensive or 6 days / 6 months)
The aim of this course is to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours associated with being a successful manager. Ideal for new managers and those that have been promoted into the role or for those managers who need a refresher, this course will prepare you for the challenges that being a manager will bring.
Participants will gain a thorough understanding of management theory and practice and will be able to utilise their new skills in the workplace to demonstrate that they are effective, motivational and organised.
Note: This course requires participants to complete a workplace project.
